AACCC UG Counselling 2026: Registration Unlocking Window Opens for Candidates Who Want to Edit Their Application

The Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) has issued an important notice for candidates who have already registered and submitted their application for AACCC-UG Counselling 2026 but need to correct or edit their submitted information. Here's what's confirmed and how to use this facility.

What's Been Announced

AACCC (Ref. 1/1/2026-AACCC, dated 7th September, 2026) has granted R-1 registered candidates - those who inadvertently filled in wrong information, or who want to edit/modify details already submitted in their registration form - a further opportunity to correct their application.

This facility is specifically for candidates who have submitted their application form but have not yet locked their choices. If you've already locked your choices, this window does not apply to you.

The Registration Unlocking Window

The facility is available from 2:00 PM on 9th September, 2026, to 2:30 PM on 12th September, 2026 - just over three days for eligible candidates to make corrections.

How to Edit Your Application

Log in to the official AACCC portal at https://aaccc.gov.in/

Navigate to the 'Available Services' section.

Click on the 'Registration Unlocking' tab.

Edit or correct the details in your registration/application form as needed.

This Is a One-Time Facility - Read This Carefully

AACCC has been explicit and firm on this point: this registration unlocking facility is available as a ONE TIME MEASURE. Once a candidate avails this facility, no further request in this regard will be entertained by AACCC - meaning you get exactly one opportunity to unlock and correct your application. There's no second chance if you make another error after using this window, or if you realize you missed something after resubmitting.

Don't Forget to Refill and Resubmit Your Choices

After unlocking your registration to make corrections, candidates are specifically advised to refill the choices and submit them accordingly. Simply correcting your registration details without refilling and resubmitting your choices afterward could leave your application incomplete — this is a step candidates should not skip after using the unlocking facility.

Who This Doesn't Apply To

This window is only for candidates who submitted their application but have not locked their choices. If your choices are already locked, this facility isn't available to you, and you should check separately with AACCC or the portal for what options, if any, exist for your situation.

What to Do Now

Check whether you've locked your choices before attempting to use this facility — if you have, this window won't apply to you.

If you need to make any correction and haven't locked your choices yet, log in to https://aaccc.gov.in/ within the 9th-12th September window and use the Registration Unlocking tab.

Review every field carefully before resubmitting, since this is explicitly a one-time facility — treat this as your final opportunity to get your application details right.

After unlocking and correcting your registration, remember to refill your choices and submit them again — don't assume the correction alone completes the process.

If you run into technical issues, contact the AACCC helpdesk at 011-35089100 or 9289445610 promptly, rather than waiting until close to the 12th September, 2:30 PM deadline.
