State Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, located at Kasimpur Road, Chherat, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, is a government homoeopathic medical institution dedicated to undergraduate education, clinical training and patient care. The college is recognised by the National Commission for Homoeopathy (NCH), Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, and is affiliated with Mahayogi Guru Gorakhnath AYUSH University, Gorakhpur. The institution offers the Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) programme, a 5½-year course including a one-year compulsory internship, with admissions conducted through the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). For the 2025-26 academic year, the college has an intake capacity of 75 BHMS seats.

The institution provides academic instruction in homoeopathic medicine along with practical clinical exposure through its attached teaching hospital. The hospital operates homoeopathic clinics and clinical departments, catering to more than 250 patients a day and providing students with opportunities for hands-on training in patient consultation, case-taking and clinical practice.
